Community Action's Head Start & Early Learning Programs is seeking a full-time Billing and Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
The position requires working closely with families to ensure timely payment of childcare fees, tracking revenue collection, and coordinating billing activities.
Minimum qualifications are a High School diploma and 5 years A/R and billing experience or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent customer services and communication skills, and be willing to grow and learn in the position.
Must be proficient utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word with excellent monitoring and problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline driven environment, and have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
