Coordinates the new account processing activities and plans future activities to improve productivity.
Develops and maintains qualitative and quantitative measures.
Develops cooperative relationships with senior sales management.
Develops policies and procedures for the Trade Credit organization.
Controls budgeted expenses for the department.
Represents trade credit in the development of BSD marketing strategies.
Assumes a leadership position in the development of billing system enhancements.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. 8 years experience in finance with a trade credit focus. 5 years managerial experience. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple high profile tasks. Superior customer service and customer visitation experience.
