Accounts Payable Assistant / General Office
$12 - $14 an hour -Full Time
Essential Job Functions
- Matches up all invoices with the purchase order and ensures receipt of product for applicable invoices.
- Enters invoices into Quickbooks accounting system for payment.
- Answers all vendor inquiries.
- Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and account payable files.
- Performs filing and copying.
- Performs other duties as assigned, like Answering incoming calls - Scheduling calls - Provide administrative support to office team and accounting division.
- Qualifications: Must be computer literate. - Able to work independently as well as with a team - Intermediate in Microsoft word, QuickBooks and Excel. - Detailed orientated - Customer service.
