Looking for a professional secretary for a private investigative company who is professional, dependable and has some legal experience. Must be able to type 80 WPM and must be able to transcribe dictation. Extensive knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Clerical duties include greeting clients, answering phones, scanning and distributing mail, emailing, faxing and filing.
