We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our South Coast MedSpa team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. We are only seeking individuals who are willing to provide a 5 Star Yelp Experience.
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with patient and schedule appointments
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Flip treatment rooms to support medical staff
- Provide patients with pre/post-treatment instructions
- Take before and after photos
- Provide 5 Star Yelp Experience
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- HIPPA certification
