Springfield College invites applications for the position of HRIS Manager. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources this position will manage the College's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to include data management and integrity, data input, report writing, system set up and ongoing maintenance, testing and auditing. Provide liaison service between functional users, outside vendor and internal technical systems groups in the development or modification of human resources information systems. Provide system training and ongoing support for end users in the HR Department. Responsible for problem identification and resolution. This position is also responsible for system related special projects, identifying and tracking relevant HR statistics and assisting Director of Human Resources with the administration of the College's Compensation Program.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a business related field, or equivalent experience, plus five to seven years of related professional experience in a human resources role that relies heavily on data administration, analysis and report writing. Experience working in higher education a plus. Must have working experience with ADP HRIS, payroll, reporting and time and attendance systems; ADP Enterprise preferred. Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail; strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability and desire to provide excellent customer service. Strategic thinking capabilities will serve as a plus in this position.
