Transcript Clerk/Registration Assistant
(Part-Time, 5 days a week, 25 hours)
Springfield College is seeking applications for the position of Transcript Clerk / Registration Assistant. This position has primary responsibility to perform necessary clerical duties to process transcript requests, enrollment verifications, diploma orders, customer service, and provide back up and support in the Registrars Office. Perform other similar duties, including data entry and records maintenance, as required or requested by supervisor. This position requires knowledge equivalent to that gained through completion of a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years of related experience; or the equivalent in combined education and experience. Proficiency in a Windows based environment. Experience working in Jenzabar CX system preferred. Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
