The University of Massachusetts Amherst invites applicants for the position of Residence Education Coordinator for Community Standards. This position provides leadership for the development and implementation of a learning-focused and compliance-based student conduct process in University of Massachusetts Amherst residence halls. Primary responsibilities include supervising student office staff; designing and implementing staff training; tracking, auditing and closing student conduct cases using administrative management software; adjudicating student conduct cases; developing learning-focused conduct initiatives; collaborating with campus partners on related initiatives; and, contributing to Residential Life and Student Affairs and Campus Life initiatives and projects. The position is designated as a Title IX Responsible Employee and a Clery Campus Security Authority; it reports to the Assistant Director of Residence Education for Community Standards.
