Executive Assistant to the Town Administrator and Selectboard The Town of Deerfield is accepting applications for the position of Executive Assistant to the Town Administrator and Selectboard /Board of Health.
Under direction of the Town Administrator, the Executive Assistant performs a wide range of municipal government tasks including records management, website maintenance, scheduling, purchasing, administrative support to town officials, application/permit processing, and grants/contract administration.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field and 3 - 5 years of administrative experience (preferably in municipal setting) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational, communications, and computer programs and website skills.
This is a full-time, benefited position.
