Pre-Admissions Advisor and Recruitment Coordinator to coordinate and
implement pre-admissions advising and recruitment in close
collaboration with relevant departmental, university, and wider
community stakeholders with the goal of increasing the annual pool of
well-qualified applicants. The position will
provide individualized, high-level advising to prospective
students. The Pre-Admissions Advisor co-develops/implements
proactive recruitment, outreach and prospect management strategies.
comprehensive, individualized admissions and transfer counseling to
interested prospects in-person, by phone, by Skype, or by email.
transcript reviews, making initial determinations regarding the
transferability of previous coursework, and the applicability of
transfer course work to university general education requirements
and other undergraduate degree requirements.
prospective students on all aspects of the UWW program, including
program structure, admissions, degree requirements, academic areas
of interest, curriculum, educational and career goals, course
delivery, earning credit for professional and military trainings,
prior-learning credits, and university deadlines and processes,
including financial aid, CLEP exams, and transferring credit.
the extensive knowledge -base of inter and intra-departmental
policies and procedures necessary to deliver high-level advising.

strategies, based on industry best practices and an analysis of past
practices, with the goal of increasing the annual pool of
