Half-time (18.75 hours/week) MCCC/MTA unit
position — Grant-Funded
The Internship Coordinator works with GCC faculty, students and area employers to manage and expand a robust internship program by supporting existing internships and building new ones. Works closely with faculty and students to match GCC students with appropriate internship opportunities, interviews and coaches students through the process, and assists faculty mentors. Familiarity with STEM fields, excellent customer interface skills, and knowledge of database applications, are essential. Bachelor's degree, experience managing internships, coops, or other experiential work, and previous direct experience with students in a secondary school or college setting required. Master's degree and experience with social media as a marketing tool desired. For a complete description of the position please see the link below.
