The University of Massachusetts Administrative Services Division invites applications for the position of Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the principal contact and liaison between Facilities and Campus Services (FCS) and campus customers regarding facilities and special events. The CSR shall estimate and plan maintenance, repair and project work orders and is responsible for coordinating activities between Facilities and Campus Services and campus customers. The CSR is the primary responder to customer inquiries related to facilities issues.
