Asset Development Coordinator
30 hrs/wk based in Greenfield. Seeking highly organized and creative person with an entrepreneur spirit and a money management or financial coaching/planning background to coordinate, implement and expand our Asset Development Program. Manage and implement our Free Tax Assistance Program; design and implement a financial coaching program for people with low to moderate incomes; and implement and expand asset-building programs. Ideal candidate will have financial background, demonstrated success with program development and coordination, experience in tax preparation, and management of volunteers and staff. Evening/weekend hours required during tax season.
Community Collaboration Coordinator
30 hrs/wk based in Greenfield. Seeking a highly organized and creative person that enjoys networking, facilitating a wide-variety of meetings with diverse groups, and has program coordination experience. Manage and coordinate our Building Bridges to Coordinated Care grant; coordinate and support the work of the Franklin County Resource Network; and actively coordinate with other social service coalitions to strengthen community partnerships and help address identified needs in our service area. Compensation for both positions is $34,500 annually. Excellent benefits, training, supervision and collaborative work environment.
