French pastry shop and cafe is looking for a good reliable pastry chef for its newest location (opening in October 2017). Early shifts, weekend and holidays a must.
Responsibilities will include daily baking/finishing up the viennoiserie items prepared by our experienced pastry chef in the main location; as well as putting together/finishing up pastries and cakes. Some help in the kitchen might be required, as well (food prep or short cooking). Training will be provided.
A suitable candidate might eventually take over the full process of baking at the new location, once proper skills are acquired.
