EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
The Town of South Hadley seeks qualified applicants for the full-time position of Employee Engagement Specialist.
This position will support the Human Resources Director as well as the IT Coordinator in their daily functions.
The successful candidate must be organized, confidential & flexible with the ability to prioritize and multi-task and possess a measurable technical aptitude.
Duties include assisting with human resources functions of the Town, including but not limited to recruitment, labor and employee relations, training and leave administration; will also assist with IT functions such as website maintenance & the towns social media presence, support employees with technical matters; performs all other related work as required.
This is a 40 hour a week, non-union, confidential exempt position with a starting salary range of $38,500 to $45,500 depending on experience & qualifications.
Candidates with an Associates Degree in business/marketing related field preferred.
