Under the direction of the Marketing Partner in conjunction with the Director of Administration, the chosen candidate is responsible for overseeing, developing and integrating marketing and business development programs and strategic directions.
We are seeking an individual who is a mentor by nature with the ability to achieve consensus decisions among the Firm’s leadership. Successful candidate is skilled in uncovering opportunities for the firm, able to identify and apply client retention techniques and has good experience in constructing compelling proposal elements which resonate with the recipient.
- 10+ years’ experience with solid understanding of the legal marketing industry

The Firm’s Marketing Manager participates in practice group meetings, analyzes billings, performs industry research, creates content for the Firm’s website, monitors progress, and develops systems for tracking the results of growth initiatives. Other areas of focus are development of marketing materials, business development mentoring, client focused events and sponsorship opportunities, preparing annual marketing budget, RFP responses, PowerPoint presentations, and management of social media and public relations (including media and community relations).
