Summary of the Job: Primary responsible for working with the TA Manager to identify hard to fill positions/future aging workforce vacancies and developing a proactive recruitment plan/strategy to fill vacancies. A key responsibility of this position is to strategically develop resourcing research for roles and developing effective working relationships (including candidates, hiring managers and academic institutions). Includes active participation in recruitment plans that successfully attract qualified candidates to fill positions, screening candidates in ATS and implementing creative sourcing techniques through the internet, social media, job boards, resume databases, professional organizations and industry-specific sources of candidates. Serves as a resource to managers on all aspects of the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of candidates (the ATS, utilizing the staff/leadership assessment tool for behavioral interviewing, reference checks, background screens, education verification, successful negotiation on offers of employment, ensure post-offer physicals and other pre-employment requirements are met). This position generates applicant flow to ensure that an appropriate pool of candidates are captured to fill critical roles to meet overall hiring goals. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required. Three (3) years of full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment experience preferred. Working knowledge of employment laws required. Experience in healthcare human resources preferred. Current professional H.R. Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred or willingness to achieve within three (3) years. Excellent verbal/written communication and presenting skills required. Requires demonstrated success in Internet and social media sourcing. Excellent computer skills required including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.) Experience with ATS systems preferred; Position Manager working knowledge is a plus. Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 50 pounds is required. Must be able to work with a moderate level of noise.
