The Application Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and
processing applicants utilizing the state requirements and the CHAMP
data base and in assuring that selection, eligibility and screening of
applicants for Easthampton Housing Authority is performed accurately,
that complete and accurate records concerning applications and initial
occupancy are maintained in compliance with the Public Housing
Assessment System (PHAS), and that all necessary internal and external
reporting requirements are met in a timely fashion.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
? Must have strong oral and written communication
? Be detailed oriented, well organized and accurate
in data entry.
? Moderate to advanced computer skills including,
but not limited to, MS Office are required.
? Must exercise ethical judgement in maintaining the
confidentiality and integrity of
? Knowledge of general office procedures and
practices.? Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
? Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
? Must pass a criminal history check.
? At least two (2) years of college education or 2
years in public housing is required.
HR to $20.00 HR based on experience. 37.5 hour work week. Full
benefit package includes medical, dental, sick & vacation.
