Job Title: Paid Human Resource Internship
Location: Littleton, NH and Groveton, NH (either or both)
Department: Human Resources & Safety
Schedule: Flexible (part-time hours depending on your availability)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This is a paid internship offering valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will contribute to meaningful HR projects.
What You Will Do:
- Support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
- Help with HR file organization, data entry, and updates in our HRIS system (ADP).
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including safety and wellness programs.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and setting up company events, such as employee appreciation activities, community involvement projects, and training sessions.
- Help maintain HR compliance, including policy updates, training materials, and safety documentation.
- Conduct basic HR research and assist with special projects in leadership development, workforce planning, and process improvements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Someone who is currently enrolled in or recently graduated from high school or a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Someone who has an interest in manufacturing, employee engagement, and workplace safety.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset, eager to learn and contribute.
