Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Painter Foreman based in the Greater Boston Area. The Painter Foreman will oversee painting operations, lead a team to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards, and manage daily tasks on-site. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, operating equipment, aiding in carpentry or maintenance when necessary, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory and team management skills with experience leading teams on-site
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and knowledge in its use for painting projects
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients
- Experience in carpentry and maintenance tasks as they relate to prepping and improving job sites
- Familiarity with safety standards and adherence to compliance requirements
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results
- Previous experience in a foreman or leadership role in the commercial painting or construction industry is an advantage
- Able to pass background checks
- OSHA 10 Required, OSHA 30 a Plus!
