This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate at Unisan Direct in Randolph, MA. The role will be responsible to partner with your assigned Outside Sales Executive to manage and grow your territory effectively. You will work to find, grow, and manage accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Achieve all Key Performance indicators (KPI) for the role, in addition to working with your BDM daily to help grow and maintain their territory. Assist with data entry and inbox management. Keep your BDM’s schedule full!

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Outside Sales daily through a daily focus session.

· Make 50 Outbound calls a day and schedule 4 appointments a day,

· Work with Outside Sales to find and win new customers in your territory

· Data entry into our CRM, including Accounts, Contacts,

· Prepare necessary quotes for your respective territory

· Personalized emails to prospects and customers to generate leads/appointments/revenue

Qualifications

· Inside Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service skills

· Comfortable making high volume of outbound dials daily, not scared of rejection.

· Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building abilities

· Experience in maintaining customer relationships and exceeding sales targets

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
