Join a growing medical device manufacturing team in Devens! We’re hiring across several departments for multiple full-time positions on 1st and 3rd shift. These roles support the assembly, inspection, and material handling of precision medical products in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.
Current Openings
1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM / 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Manufacturing Technicians – Cleanroom (8 openings) | $20–$22/hr
- Assemble and test mechanical and electrical medical devices in a controlled cleanroom environment. Use microscopes, hand tools, and calibrated instruments to build and inspect precision components.
Manufacturing Technicians – Durables (13 openings) | $20–$22/hr
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly in a non-cleanroom environment. Read blueprints, follow work instructions, and use microscopes and small tools to assemble and document work accurately.
Production Inspectors (4 openings) | $22–$25/hr
- Inspect products for quality and compliance with ISO standards. Identify defects, complete documentation, and partner with Quality Engineers to ensure production integrity. Shift options: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Materials / Stockroom Handler (1 opening) | $22–$24/hr | Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Receive, organize, and distribute materials to production teams. Maintain accurate inventory, support kitting and shipping, and ensure efficient material flow within a regulated manufacturing environment.
3rd Shift – Cleanroom
Manufacturing Team Lead – Cleanroom (1 opening) | $20–$23/hr
- Hands-on role leading a cleanroom manufacturing team. Assemble and test components, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement and quality standards.
General Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow precise work instructions
- Comfortable using small hand tools, microscopes, and measurement equipment
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with ISO and FDA standards
- Excellent communication skills and reliability
Medical device or cleanroom experience preferred but not required.
