Full-Time Organizer Location: Lynn, Massachusetts
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year, with benefits

Role Overview:
The Organizer manages and supervises the Lynn Community Enrichment Program (LCEP) and
leads organizing work for the New Lynn Coalition, including subcommittee meetings, forums,
campaigns, and community actions. The Organizer builds relationships with coalition member
organizations, schedules monthly board meetings, ensures attendance, manages social media and
the website, supports fundraising, and assists the Executive Director with assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in political, labor, or community organizing, or similar work
• Familiar/skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, social media, and other useful
software and platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in community outreach, communications, and promoting programs
• Willing to work some evenings and weekends for classes, meetings, and events
• Bilingual required; Spanish speakers preferred
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year with benefits including 21 business days of vacation, 12 sick
days, 8 weeks parental leave (6 paid, 2 from vacation or sick time), and a health stipend.
