We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for patient care. Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Obtain and record patient vital signs, medical histories, and other pertinent information.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and privacy.
• Administer medications and immunizations as directed by the physician.
• Collect and process laboratory specimens, perform basic laboratory tests, and record results.

Qualifications:

• Must be a CMA (State of Massachusetts)
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in the medical field
• EMR (electronic medical records) experience is helpful, but we will train (eClinical is our EMR)
• Looking for a team player who works well with others but can also work independently
• Dependable, hard working, great personality, and able to get along with others are a plus.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and privacy.
• Administer medications and immunizations as directed by the physician.
• Collect and process laboratory specimens, perform basic laboratory tests, and record results.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
