Overview

The Administrative Director serves as the on-site operational leader for assigned departments or service areas, responsible for overseeing financial performance, staffing, and customer experience. This position plays a key role in advancing organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational strategy, financial goals, and service standards.
  • Develop and oversee annual budgets, monitor performance, and hold department leaders accountable for achieving targets.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with staff, physicians, and leadership to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and overall service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to develop and implement protocols, standards of practice, and process improvements.
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively create solutions that improve patient and family experiences.
  • Lead change management efforts, communicate strategic objectives clearly, and empower staff to achieve results.
  • Participate in system-wide initiatives and share best practices across departments.
  • Stay informed on healthcare trends, reimbursement changes, and regulatory updates that impact operations.


Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare administration, operations, or a related field.
