Job Summary:
Employees in this role are considered support staff for office management needs. This includes secretarial duties and clerical responsibilities. Employees are also responsible for the tracking and monitoring of all YCCS referrals and performing other Manage Care Entities process and procedures. This includes assuring performance specifications are followed, marketing of program, analyzing data, and reporting on referrals, waitlist, and discharges. 
Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Provide courteous and timely customer service.</li>
<li>Adhere to Agency and program policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Initiate and complete all administrative paperwork included in the Client Intake Packet.</li>
<li>Ensure that intake paperwork meets quality assurance standards [as determined by Division Director or designee] and is prepared for entry into the client chart.</li>
<li>Respond to all intake calls and voicemails within two business days.</li>
<li>Orient client to service availabilities, rights, and responsibilities.</li>
<li>Ensure client ID is assigned, documented, and entered into any and all databases and relevant systems.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and incidental [“dotted-line”] supervisor to any assigned support staff assisting with intake duties.</li>
<li>Communicate in a timely manner with the Practice Manager when additional resources or support is needed.</li>
<li>Assist with phone calls and translations as needed.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school degree or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset</li>
<li>At least 2 years of clerical experience</li>
<li>Bilingual skills in Spanish-English required</li>
<li>Microsoft Office proficient (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)</li>
<li>Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, as required</li>
<li>Ability to organize, prioritize and work under extreme work pressure, heavy workloads and deadlines</li>

As an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers who have or are at risk for developmental delays and their families in both their homes and community settings. You will partner with parents/caregivers to ensure service delivery is individualized, meaningful for the family, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Position Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.</li>
<li>Provide direct speech therapy services and activities developmentally appropriate for children 0-3 and their families.</li>
<li>Participate in the development of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) with responsibility for identifying goals, objectives, and strategies related to the child’s development. </li>
<li>Complete progress notes, reports, assessments, and correspondence as appropriate</li>
<li>Provides individual and group intervention for infants and toddlers from birth to three years old who have developmental delays or who are at risk for delays in the areas of cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development.</li>
<li>Assess family and child strengths/resources, concerns, and progress. </li>
<li>Act as a service coordinator for the family by scheduling, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the intervention plan for each family on the caseload, ensuring that appropriate procedures and timelines are followed.</li>
<li>Provides supportive professional assistance to families. </li>
<li>Facilitate parent-child interactions to encourage child's development; assist families to act as advocates for their child.</li>
</ul>
Position Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.</li>
<li>Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA).</li>
<li>Or CF eligible</li>
<li>Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.</li>
<li>Ability to engage in meaningful, therapeutic relationships with children, parents/caregivers, and community partners.</li>
<li>Commitment to delivering individualized and culturally humble services.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Abide by all confidentiality and professional boundaries standards.</li>
<li>Good computer skills as well as strong documentation skills.</li>
