Duties would include transportation, meal prep, help with daily routines like hygiene and getting dressed, keeping him safe, following his behavioral support plan, and providing structure and consistency. Hours would be Monday through Friday from 3:30–5:30 PM, with some flexibility for a part-time schedule. The family has pets, pays $17.12/hour, and is looking for someone to start ASAP.

Summary: The Direct Support Professional 3 will support and assist in Level 3 residential programs. Staff will help individuals who need daily intervention, supervision, and skills training in activities of daily living while managing within a home environment and in the community. Micah is a 31-year-old male who needs physical activity every day. He likes to hike and swim. He also likes trampolines, bowling, the beach, and exploring new places. He enjoys crafts such as painting and making clay projects. He enjoys cooking and shopping for his lunches, He enjoys berry, apple, and peach picking, and then creating muffins and desserts for his family. Micah’s regulation benefits from 2 hours of physical movement daily, without it he easily becomes dysregulated. 
 
Schedule-TBD-16-30 hours a week.
Start date- January 2026
Pay: $21/hr. plus mileage reimbursement
