<li>Ensure team/site goals are achieved by participating in administrative and/or operational tasks, as needed.</li>

As a Mobile Engineer, your primary role is to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple facilities. You are expected to demonstrate technical expertise in one craft area, such as Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations, while being multi-skilled in others. This role will be first shift and will be a contract to hire position. The contract will last 13 weeks. Pay rate is between $35 and $40 an hour. We need someone from the commercial facilities field with 5+ years of experience. HVAC is the key skill to have and a 608 EPA Universal is required. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure facility and building systems meet applicable standards.</li>
<li>Maintain equipment by cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to keep HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimum performance levels.</li>
<li>Record readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment.</li>
<li>Perform periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory.</li>

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee and supervise a team of 6-8 technicians across various fields. The role involves performing electrical repairs, plumbing, and minor carpentry tasks within our facility. You will ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the hospital's infrastructure.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Supervise a team of 6-8 technicians across different fields.</li>
<li>Perform electrical repairs including removal and replacement of switches, ballasts, motors, and motor controls.</li>
<li>Conduct plumbing tasks such as drains maintenance, fixture repairs, and rodding.</li>
<li>Handle minor carpentry tasks including installation and repair of doors, shelving, and locks.</li>
<li>Be available to work weekend hours and overtime as needed.</li>
</ul>
 Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial facility maintenance, ideally in healthcare.</li>
<li>Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, troubleshooting, and maintenance repair.</li>
<li>Experience supervising teams of 5 or more technicians.</li>
<li>Knowledge of CMMS work order systems and preventive maintenance.</li>
<li>Understanding of boiler maintenance and building management systems (BMS).</li>
</ul>
 Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Proficient in plumbing.</li>
<li>Knowledge of boiler operations.</li>
<li>Live within 1 hour of the hospital for on-call responsibilities.</li>
</ul>

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
