Tobin School&nbsp;&nbsp;is seeking a warm, nurturing early childhood Teacher&nbsp;to join&nbsp;our Pre Kindergarten and Junior Kindergarten classrooms. This is a 40 hour per week position with 8 hour shifts between 8:00 am and 5:45 pm. This educator will help support&nbsp;the&nbsp;teaching&nbsp;teams in both classrooms, while providing&nbsp;child supervision, curriculum implementation, parent communication, and&nbsp;ensuring adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols. We offer&nbsp;the two classrooms in our stand alone building, along with beautiful outside play spaces. Our PreK&nbsp;classroom&nbsp;has&nbsp;a&nbsp; maximum capacity of 20&nbsp;children per day and Junior K, 18 children.&nbsp;
These classes focus on creating an engaging, enriching, developmentally appropriate curriculum. Teachers are encouraged to be creative in their curriculum&nbsp;as we help our students grow!

Job Title: Residential Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Shift Supervisor is an evolution of the Residential Counselor II and is expected to continue to fulfill all expectations of a RCII and will work with multiple age groups. In addition to those expectations, the Milieu Manager will take a leadership role while reporting to the Assistant Director and Program Director. The Milieu Manager will maintain a therapeutic environment within the residence, this includes meeting the needs of the client in the following areas: safety, medical, emotional, food, clothing, and shelter; supervising Direct Care/Relief Workers in those areas and providing support and training as needed.
 Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>To assure that applicable rules, policies and procedures are being followed on their shifts.</li>
<li>To provide leadership to their shift.</li>
<li>To implement each client’s individual Level Plan objectives under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor and Program Supervisor.</li>
<li>Ensure all necessary documentation for shift is completed accurately and submitted for review.</li>
<li>To provide appropriate, safe responses to emergency situations when necessary.</li>
<li>To develop strong, supportive relationships with the clients and employees.</li>
<li>To provide for client care and safety, and observe all safety measures.</li>
<li>Access, plan and implement crisis interventions with clients.</li>
<li>To notify Program Director immediately in the event of a client crisis, suspected illegal activity or any behavior constituting an incident in the program.</li>
<li>To perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director and/or Program Director.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li> Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or 2 years related field preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrates excellent leadership skills; Prior supervisory experience.</li>
<li>At least two years of experience in Human Services working with adolescents.</li>
<li>Must have valid driver’s license; Must meet Agency requirements for driving history records.</li>
<li>Must pass a CORI within the standards identified by EEC.</li>
<li>Must have availability of an automobile to transport clients or perform other supportive services as necessary.</li>
<li>Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) and bicultural encouraged to apply. </li>
