The Collection Specialist is responsible for collections of outstanding private invoices from the existing client base, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. This position will report to the Revenue Cycle Manager and is located out of our Somerville, MA. office.
Collections Specialist Responsibilities:

<li>Insures 4473 forms, and all other firearm and ammunition paperwork is completed thoroughly and accurately, to include ATF Forms, NICS background checks, etc.</li>
<li>Accurately log firearms for acquisition/disposition records.</li>
<li>Ships and/or transfers firearms as requested.</li>
<li>Create purchase orders to restock merchandise as required/introduce new products to inventory.</li>
<li>Operate cash register and use system to create sales orders.</li>
<li>Strictly follows all Company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Keep our work area clean.</li>
<li>Assist with other ad hoc duties as required.</li>

Requirements:
