 Position Description 
Job Summary:
This is an entry level position working in a production environment. As a Concrete Pour Crew Member, you are responsible for the set-up, placement and finishing of Precast concrete units.
 
Essential Functions: 
1. Protect Family and Friends. Follow all Company Safety Policies and Procedures as well as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and guidelines. Support business activities, objectives, and programs. Upon start of work be prepared with proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
2. Integrity. Arrive to work at time scheduled. Check-in and out with Crew Leader before leaving work/leaving work area for any reason. Punch in at time clocks to the appropriate job and product that you will be working on.
3. Focused. Review previous day’s production on a daily basis to look for areas where quality can be improved. Help prepare/stage materials and tools to avoid stoppage.
4. Mastery. Maintain proper care of tools and equipment. Check the concrete forms to make sure they are secure and properly braced to receive concrete.
5. Communicate with mixer truck driver to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete and move chute to direct concrete in forms. Spread, level and smooth wet concrete using rake, shovel, hand or power screed and float to match specified required finish. Position &amp; cover wet concrete to begin curing process. Operate power vibrator to compact concrete. 
6. Results matter. Apply broom texture to freshly poured concrete surfaces to meet specified design and finish requirements.
7. Safety always wins. Properly clean work area and dispose of all waste concrete and debris.
8. Respect and engage. Follow Crew Leader’s instruction to maintain a steady workflow throughout the day.

Requirements, Education and Experience:

As a Mobile Repair Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles and equipment, ensuring they remain safe and operate efficiently. Essential Functions:

Position Summary:
The CNC Machine Operator I will operate CNC machines on low to medium complexity components using automated and manual equipment and processes to meet customer needs. This is an entry-level position that draws on prior machining experience with technical problem-solving skills to operate a minimum of one type of CNC equipment and possess the ability to perform secondary operations. The CNC Machine Operator I will work both independently and in a team environment with internal team members, leads, supervisors, and quality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Independently load parts and operate a minimum of one type of CNC equipment.</li>
<li>Complete all operational processes, checklists, control plans, and procedures as required.</li>
<li>Correctly identify and assemble cutting tools and tool holder assemblies based on existing process documentation.</li>
<li>Learn and understand the difference between types of tool wear. (See Operator Expectations for more details)</li>
<li>Identify the correct start line in the program.</li>
<li>Gain basic working and functional knowledge of M codes.</li>
<li>Look at parts to ensure they were machined properly. This would include surface finish conditions, missing features, etc.</li>
<li>Basic troubleshooting of the machine (with assistance) if there is an error code and escalate issues to the Lead or Supervisor.</li>
<li>Complete all required inspection measurements as defined on quality control plans using hand tools, gage pins, caliper, micrometer, and Micro-Hite measurement tools. Must properly load and run equator.</li>
<li>Learn to read CMM reports and reports from the equator and adjust parts.</li>
<li>Complete tasks as assigned in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Participate in 5S Workplace organizational activities and maintain the area in good working order through sustainment activities.</li>
<li>Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is a necessary function of this position.</li>
<li>May be required to work in other functional areas and/or facilities depending on business needs.</li>
