General Description:
The Forklift Operator shall adopt the culture, standards, values and working environment as outlined by the Department Manager and the entire executive management team. The Forklift Operator is responsible for ensuring the inventory needs of all production areas are met, to accurately and efficiently load and unload trucks and Kilns, servicing the mill, and assisting in the organization of the yard in accordance with the Kennebec Lumber Co. standards. The Loader Operator will assist in keeping accurate inventory control, providing excellent customer service to all customers, coworkers and vendors while maintaining a high level of professionalism. In addition, this position will assist in maintenance of the grounds, organization and the daily care of the equipment.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Work flexible hours: occasionally stay late, come in early, and shifting breaks based on yard needs</li>
<li>Loading and Unloading Trucks </li>
<li>Accurately tagging and strapping lumber</li>
<li>Rotating stock as directed</li>
<li>Organizing placement of lumber in the yard</li>
<li>Waxing Lumber Packs</li>
<li>Performing light maintenance tasks on equipment</li>
<li>Efficiently operate and input data into handheld device for shipping and inventory</li>
<li>Maintain solid ongoing communication with other yard staff and loader operators to facilitate smooth operation of yard activities</li>
<li>Keep Workspace Organized and clean – inclusive of equipment cabs</li>
<li>Obtain any supplies through proper channels and SOP</li>
<li>Demonstrate exemplary customer service to customers, coworkers, vendors, and all site visitors at all times</li>
<li>Service the mill as needed</li>
<li>Assist with all trucks – incoming and outgoing</li>
<li>Maintain Grounds, organization and accuracy</li>
<li>Accurate documentation of all loads</li>
<li>Fueling equipment at end of every shift</li>
<li>Conduct equipment inspections at the beginning of every working shift and complete the Daily Inspection Sheet </li>
<li>Greasing machines and Preventative Maintenance items and documentation</li>
<li>Maintain effective communication regarding inventory, stain, and other yard related issues with the Manager or other effected employees. </li>
<li>Participate in the snow removal process as directed by Management</li>

Miscellaneous Requirements:

As a Physical Therapist, you provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment and consultation to a general rehab caseload while also participating in the clinical team process. This role will have 2 direct reports and requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational, project, time management, quality control, and resource planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential to work effectively with teams across different departments.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Account Executives, Development &amp; Engineering teams, Finance, and Legal to produce tailored project proposals, presentations, and marketing materials in response to RFP/RFQs, as well as for senior executive and customer meetings, seminars, and conferences.

We are looking for individuals who can work a 6 am to 8 am shift, as well as individuals who can work 2 pm to 6 pm. Duties Prepare Youth for Success 1.Creates an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes that: -Promotes and stimulates program participation through the delivery of age-appropriate day-to-day activities in accordance with established program expectations. -Assists in orientating new members to the Club's daily scheduling and program expectations (Be Safe, Be Kind, and Take Care). -Provides guidance, role modeling, and constructive feedback to members to promote development and skill building in program area(s). -Demonstrates leadership through consistent use of safety and licensing best practices to ensure proper conduct and safety of members. -Continuously accounts for the members in their assigned group by name, face, and written attendance. -Oversees and assists in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining program space and upkeep. Program Development, Implementation and Supervision 2.Effectively implements and administers programs, services, and activities for members. 3.Monitors and evaluates programs, services, and activities to ensure Club and child safety, quality programs, and good appearance of the branch/site at all times. ·Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.
