Essential Functions:

<li>Interprets specifications, drawings and attends pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine the scope of work and required contents of estimates.</li>

<li>Reviews terms and conditions of subcontractor and vendor quotes; serves as liaison with subcontractors and vendors during the bidding process</li>
<li>Maintains files of working documents as backup for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers</li>
<li>Reviews all pricing with the Director of Estimating, and preconstruction team</li>
<li>Provides technical support to additional personnel preparing estimates for assigned trades.</li>

Position Summary: The Site Supervisor is responsible for the on-site coordination and execution of single-family home construction projects. This role oversees subcontractors, scheduling, quality control, safety, and documentation to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with Chinburg Builders standards and specifications.

Pearl Meyer is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This role is centered on delivering exceptional, user-centric IT support by triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving technology issues while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Administrative Aide and the Town Administrator, provides clerical and administrative assistance and support to the Select Boards office. Maintains records associated with the towns property and casualty insurance coverage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Responsible for answering phones, taking accurate messages, and responding to external requests as directed.</li>
<li>Interacts with the public as well as with other town personnel and responds to inquiries on various topics, but especially related to insurance issues.</li>
<li>Performs administrative and office services as needed, including filing, scanning, copying, mailings, general correspondence, etc.</li>
<li>Assists town departments with insurance-related inquiries as well as resolving insurance claims, including interfacing with the towns insurance carrier.</li>
<li>Manages, maintains, and updates the towns insurance records for vehicles and town-owned property.</li>
<li>Gathers information from multiple sources to complete and file insurance claims with the carrier. Monitors progress on resolving such claims.</li>
<li>Manages, maintains, and coordinates the towns loss control program with the insurer and other town departments.</li>
<li>Provides insurance budget information to various town departments as needed</li>
<li>Assists the Chief Procurement Officer as directed.</li>
<li>Assists Records Access Officer as directed.</li>

<li>Maintains accounts receivable and payable in reconciling data received from the Town Accountant. Maintains computer records and produces a monthly statement of accounts through the Towns accounting program.</li>
<li>Brings deposits/bills to Mary Alley on a weekly basis.</li>
<li>Maintains files and sends renewal insurance notices for signs and awnings over public ways</li>
<li>Indexes and files: Select Boards meeting minutes.</li>
<li>Maintains/stocks Spirit of 76 posters for sale.</li>
<li>Performs related duties of a similar nature and complexity as directed.</li>

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
One or two years of college with three to five years of related experience with a detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other Windows software, spreadsheets, and an ability /willingness to learn current software programs utilized by the Town.
