A real estate Bird Dog is someone who scouts out potential real estate investment opportunities and passes them along to investors, wholesalers, or real estate professionals; which in this case would be our team. Bird Dogs do not purchase the properties themselves but instead identify leads that fit a buyer's investment criteria which in our case would be below market properties. The Bird Dog would be responsible for speaking with the potential client and getting contact info as well as gauging interest. Once a suitable lead has been found, the Bird Dog would then pass the lead over to the sales team and they would then be compensated if the deal goes through.

Leverage knowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technology ( NIST ) Spe cia l Publication 800-53 security controls and the Committee on National Security Systems Instruction 1253. Apply systems security engineering or architecture principles in support of the DoD RMF such as the specification, design, development, implementation, and modification of information system components. Select, tailor, and implement NIST SP 800-53 security controls in support of RMF Assessment and Authorization ( A &amp; A ) requirements. Develop layered protections and establish cybersecurity Standard Operating Procedures ( SOPs ) or guidelines in support of security engineering practices for the organization's authorization boundary. <li>3+ years of experience implementing STIGs and CIS Benchmarks</li>

<li>3+ years of experience utilizing and operating security tools, including Tenable Nessus and Security Center</li>
