Reporting to the Baystate Medical Center Chief Nursing Officer, the Director, Emergency Services will drive strategic planning and operational excellence across the Department of Emergency Services at Baystate Medical Center. The Director will also collaborate with Emergency Medicine leadership to achieve clinical and organizational goals and lead a high-performing team with a focus on engagement, development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Director also serves as a key liaison with community partners including EMS, Fire, Police, and Emergency Management.

 Requirements 

 What You’ll Do 
 
 As a Neurology Veterinary Technician, you’ll work closely with our board-certified neurologists to support patients throughout diagnosis, treatment, and advanced procedures. You’ll be a steady, compassionate presence for both patients and their families during every stage of care.In this role, you will:

<li> Assist with neurological exams and patient restraint </li>
<li> Support advanced procedures including CSF taps, imaging, and surgical cases </li>
<li> Safely administer medications (PO, IM, IV, SC) and monitor patients </li>
<li> Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment (MRI, CT, radiology, ECG, etc.) </li>
<li> Maintain accurate medical records, treatment notes, and drug logs </li>
<li> Provide empathetic client communication and education </li>
<li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Radiology </li>
