Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree + 6 years with relevant experience, Master's + 3 years in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.</li>
<li>Demonstrated hands-on expertise in mammalian expression systems, including CHO and HEK293.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in protein purification, with the ability to independently design and execute purification strategies with minimal supervision; proficiency with ÄKTA chromatography systems is required.</li>
<li>Proficiency in chromatography techniques relevant to antibody and bispecific protein production, including Protein A affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography (IEX), and size exclusion chromatography (SEC); experience with mixed-mode chromatography or HIC is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience producing complex biologics, such as bispecific antibodies, multispecific proteins, or engineered antibody formats.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of protein biochemistry and developability considerations, including purity, aggregation, and stability.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of protein analytical techniques, with a strong interest and aptitude to expand skills in this area.</li>
<li>Experience using Agilent HPLC systems for protein analytics.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage experiments end-to-end, including experimental planning, execution, troubleshooting, and documentation.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and data analysis skills, with attention to detail and reproducibility.</li>
<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.</li>
<li>This position requires on-site work 5 days per week at our office in Harvard Square, Cambridge, Massachusetts.&nbsp;</li>
