Responsibilities
Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health Services seeks a Recovery Support Worker (RSW) to build relationships with individuals and develop shared understandings of the individuals' goals and the steps necessary to achieve the goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Reviews the Screening, Assessment, Crisis Plan, Critical Needs Plan and IAP upon completion or update completed by the LPHA.</li>
<li>In conjunction with the Integrated Team/GLE/IGLE staff, assists persons with identifying and implementing meaningful goals for their Individual Action Plan focusing on the following areas: mental health recovery education, daily living skills, substance use, relationships, independent transportation, self-help groups, exercise/wellness groups and the Recovery Learning Center (RLC), vocational &amp; leisure.</li>
<li>Demonstrates knowledge of prescribed medications, ability to monitor medications, and follows FHR state specific medication guidelines.</li>
<li>Organizes, plans, and facilitates a range of valued community activities that offer wellness/fitness, social, and cultural opportunities outside of the persons' home.</li>
<li>Offers or assists with transportation needs, supporting engagement/participation in recovery focused community resources.</li>
<li>Maintains a positive attitude and promotes an environment that is recovery based and supports the individual rehabilitation goals and interventions of consumers that support hope, healing and empowerment.</li>
<li>Works with person to identify and utilize preferred recovery tools and self care techniques (i.e. WRAP, peer groups, etc.).</li>
<li>Demonstrates appropriate therapeutic boundaries.</li>
<li>Provide face-to-face crisis intervention to aid the person in managing a crisis, providing short-term intervention to decrease risk, manage symptoms, and maintain safety.</li>
<li>Carries out routine daily tasks including but not limited to scheduling/ rescheduling or attending doctor's appointment, shopping, entitlement/housing support, court, etc.</li>
<li>Shares and encourages persons to participate in the completion of domestic tasks, assisting in the overall maintenance/upkeep of the program/supported living offering a safe clean and comfortable and safe environment for treatment to take place.</li>
<li>Shows consideration and flexibility to support scheduled and emergent needs that occur within the ACCS system.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:

(8am-4pm) GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Radiologic technologist will be responsible for producing consistent high-quality images to assist providers in determining a diagnosis. The technologist will also assist in the administrative and clinical functions of Mid-State Health Clinic to deliver the highest quality of patient care. Duties RADIOLOGY DUTIES: ·Prepare patients for x-ray, explain procedures to patient and/or family, prepare room, equipment, and materials, as needed. ·Position patient and arrange immobilization and support devices. ·Minimizes radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques, using beam restrictive devices, patient shielding, and knowledge of exposure factors. ·Adjust equipment controls; determine proper voltage, and exposure time. ·Administer routine x-ray exams. ·Document patient chart with procedures performed. ·Clean and disinfect x-ray room and equipment, ·Maintains appropriate level of x-ray supplies. ·Ensures operation of radiology equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>

Screens and evaluates patients/residents and develops appropriate care plans.
</li>
<li>
May perform additional assigned administrative duties such as: assigning and overseeing resident care activities, medical record oversight, assuring execution of physician orders, ordering supplies, etc.
</li>
<li>
Under a physician’s order, provides direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care. Treatment venue includes individual, supervised and group.
</li>
<li>
Contributes to the team meeting and decision-making process as defined by the program.
</li>
<li>
Consults with and trains patients/residents and caregivers.
</li>
<li>
Monitors efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor.
</li>
<li>
Documents activities according to the company’s clinical documentation system on a timely basis.
</li>
<li>
Demonstrates consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
</li>
<li>
Communicates effectively with patients, residents, team members, customers and supervisor.
</li>
<li>
Provides appropriate consultation to the facility.
</li>
<li>
Participates in clinical program development and implementation.
</li>
<li>
Participates in quality improvement activities.
</li>
<li>
Responsible for service and operational excellence of all assigned activities to ensure the delivery of quality services and/or outcomes required to meet or exceed the expectations of those utilizing or impacted by the department.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Standing and walking for significant amounts of time is necessary.

Ability to perform documentation needs, manipulations of equipment and direct patient care.

Ability to cope with periodic stress associated with changing census and staffing demands.
