Position Summary
The Lead Youth Mentor plays a key role in supporting children’s growth and development in CTI’s School Age Program, providing before- and after-school care in a safe, nurturing environment.
In addition, this role serves as the on-site lead in the absence of the Site Manager, supporting staff, fostering teamwork, and ensuring that every child and team member can thrive in a resilient and connected community.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

<li>Represent as the Lead in charge when a Site Manager is not on site, maintaining site operations.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing program policies and procedures including maintaining accurate attendance and other records, following Early Education and Care Regulations and USDA Guidelines.</li>

<li>Provide supervision and safety of children. Maintain a daily group list and attendance.</li>

This position calls&nbsp;on engineers, architects,&nbsp;EPCs,&nbsp;contractors, builders, government agencies, etc.&nbsp;to ensure&nbsp;Viega&nbsp;products are in every applicable section of their&nbsp;project and&nbsp;master specifications.&nbsp;Provides technical support to internal stakeholders and collaborates closely with field sales teams to support regional business&nbsp;objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:&nbsp;

Builds&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintains&nbsp;long-term relationships with MEP engineers, architects, general contractors, EPCs, builders, and manufacturing accounts to ensure the inclusion of company products across all sections of their specifications, with the&nbsp;ultimate goal&nbsp;of being listed in their master specifications.&nbsp;

Executes&nbsp;account strategies as directed by management, aligned with corporate&nbsp;objectives.&nbsp;Assists&nbsp;in developing strategic plans for key accounts within the assigned territory to exceed goals in revenue growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction.&nbsp;

Delivers&nbsp;professional presentations to key stakeholders—including engineers, architects, developers, facility engineers, plant managers, code officials, educators, and design/build contractors—using&nbsp;appropriate resources&nbsp;to drive market growth and promote product adoption.&nbsp;

<li>
Collaborates&nbsp;closely with external customers and partners, as well as internal sales and product engineering teams, to develop and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;strong technical relationships. Understands&nbsp;customer product strategies, requirements, and constraints to align company solutions with their needs.&nbsp;

Partners&nbsp;with cross-functional teams to revise existing specifications and&nbsp;assist&nbsp;in the development of new ones.&nbsp;Identify&nbsp;industry-specific requirements and recommend specification changes to support the integration of Viega products&nbsp;in&nbsp;projects. Ensure&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;delivery of client commitments.&nbsp;

Provides&nbsp;technical support to internal stakeholders, including leadership, Industrial Sales Managers, National Accounts, and Technical Marketing, for the review and development of engineering and product guide specifications as&nbsp;requested.&nbsp;

Drives&nbsp;demand for company products by&nbsp;initiating&nbsp;new customer engagements. Maintains&nbsp;a regular schedule of customer and representative visits to strengthen relationships and&nbsp;identify&nbsp;new opportunities.&nbsp;

Travels&nbsp;to various locations to provide in-person support, as needed or&nbsp;requested, in alignment with overall business strategy.&nbsp;

Responds&nbsp;to and&nbsp;follows&nbsp;up on leads by prospecting,&nbsp;identifying, and prioritizing potential opportunities. Engages&nbsp;contacts by answering questions and providing detailed product information.&nbsp;

Liaises&nbsp;with local code officials to obtain approval for both existing and new products.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>

Works&nbsp;with local inspectors to address and resolve product installation questions or concerns.

Maintains&nbsp;and regularly updates&nbsp;Salesforce, including the engineering guide specification database, to ensure&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;and up-to-date records.

Provides reporting and updates to management, both ongoing and as requested&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;field activity, specification&nbsp;inclusion, competitors, forecasts, industry&nbsp;trends&nbsp;and new products, as well as business metrics.

Participates in local societies, including but not limited to ASPE, ASHRAE, etc. to promote an understanding of&nbsp;Viega&nbsp;products and technologies.
</li>
<li>
Attends meetings as&nbsp;required&nbsp;or assigned.
</li>
<li>
Performs other duties as&nbsp;required&nbsp;or assigned.

Will be required to travel up to 70% of the time (mostly local travel)

Compensation

<li>Base: $116,802-$159,435 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.</li>
