The Mental Health Wellness Line Professional provides off-shift telephonic triage and support for patients under the direction of the behavioral health staff to augment existing response protocols.

<li>Provides wellness line triage and support from 8pm to 8am 7 days per week using technological resources.</li>
<li>Provides support around psychosocial stressors for patients and escalates crisis and high-risk calls as needed, to include: utilizing de-escalation techniques, brief counseling and support, active listening, encouragement, and safety planning.</li>
<li>Communicates to site mental health teams all calls received to ensure proper follow up planning as indicated.</li>
<li>Identifies warning signs of increased risk and notifies appropriate parties with urgency needed to ensure safety of patient.</li>

Position Overview: The Therapist plans, directs and coordinates medically approved programs for patients in hospitals, substance abuse facilities, or other institutions. Inspires and motivates Charles River Recovery clients and to help them develop tools to work toward recovery using evidence-based and person-centered practices. This is a full-time position.
Specific Responsibilities:
•Evaluate clients’ mental and physical health, addiction, or problem behavior and assess their readiness for treatment
•Help clients develop treatment goals and plans
•Review and recommend treatment options with clients and their families
•Help clients develop skills and behaviors necessary to recover from their addiction or modify their behavior
•Work with clients to identify behaviors or situations that interfere with their recovery
•Teach families about addiction or behavior disorders and help them develop strategies to cope with those problems
•Refer clients to other resources and services, such as job placement services and support groups
•Conduct outreach programs to help people identify the signs of addiction and other destructive behavior,as well as steps to take to avoid such behavior
•Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
 
Education and Experience:
•Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling OR

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Uses a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets. In a repair department places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place. In an assembly department takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired. Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw.
Work requires operator to stand for long periods of time. Operators must be able to repeatedly lift a pallet weighing 50-75 lbs. Nail guns must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Repair Operators must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Repair Operators must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

PREFERRED SKILLS
2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery.
