About the Position

Responsibilities and Expectations 
Essential Duties

<li>Manage all client MSA and NDA contract reviews and compliance requests, including edits and negotiation.</li>
<li>Support the Sales and Account Management team when negotiating individual project SOWs.</li>
<li>Advise internal team members on contract and compliance requirements, policies, and processes.</li>
<li>Update and maintain client requirements exception reporting summarizing terms &amp; conditions that CMB needs to adhere to.</li>
<li>Partner with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., Account Management, Client Services, Information Security, IT) to operationalize all client contractual requirements.</li>

<li>Manage approved vendor list for internal stakeholders to reference when engaging with outside providers.</li>
<li>Develop and deploy processes to track contract compliance across internal functions and with vendors to ensure adherence to policies, processes, standards, and regulations and to mitigate risk.</li>
<li>Manage vendor offboarding process (companies and individual contractors) when CMB no longer requires their services.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new contracts with outside partners and vendors, as needed.</li>

<li>Analyze new laws, regulations, and contract trends for potential impact on business operations.</li>

Summary
The Production Technician directly reporting to the Production Supervisor, is responsible for executing and maintaining all daily operations of the Production and Packaging Department to achieve the company initiatives. Additionally, the Production Technician maintains the policies and procedures of the company and ensures compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Perform basic plant care tasks: transplanting, watering, pruning, and defoliation under&nbsp; supervision.</li>
<li>Support harvest activities: cutting plants, tagging, weighing, and organizing batches.</li>
<li>Assist with basic trimming operations including machine trim loading/unloading and&nbsp; tray cycling.</li>
<li>Participate in room sanitation procedures and maintain clean work areas.</li>
<li>Follow all safety and biosecurity protocols including PPE usage and movement&nbsp; restrictions.</li>
<li>Complete required documentation accurately, including plant counts, task logs, and&nbsp; sanitation forms.</li>
<li>Attend required training sessions and demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to&nbsp; feedback.</li>
</ul>

<li>Owning personal training and development regarding current on product knowledge and policies and procedures and seeking out answers as needed from the Manager</li>

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be 21 years old.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Basic math skills.</li>
<li>Being able to work with a team.</li>
<li>Having organizational skills.</li>
<li>Having decision making skills.</li>
<li>No cannabis experience required; experience in agriculture, horticulture, or&nbsp; manufacturing preferred.</li>
