Job Description
As a Utility Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting machine operators by ensuring materials are accurately mixed, handled, and packaged according to specifications. Your responsibilities will include reading work orders, loading and unloading materials, maintaining packaging supplies, and assisting with various operational tasks to facilitate efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

<li>Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine materials to be mixed for each run.</li>
<li>Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves using forklifts or by hand.</li>
<li>Load resins into blenders, grinders, dryers, and hoppers manually or using a vacuum system.</li>
<li>Maintain and prepare packaging supplies.</li>
<li>Package all finished products ensuring correct packaging material, labels, and details per customer specifications.</li>
<li>Handle materials and control inventory using barcode scanners.</li>
<li>Assist operators with stringing lines, taking rolls off machines, roll data entry, roll changing, changing trim, mounting unwound rolls, cutovers, and cleaning the systems.</li>
<li>Assist warehouse manager with monthly inventory.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of information such as formulas, supplier names, materials, process conditions, and setup information.</li>
<li>Perform other relevant duties to assist machine operators, including moving boxes and unloading trucks.</li>

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Recovery Specialist to join our healthcare team, committed to supporting patients through their recovery journey within inpatient settings. This is a great opportunity for someone who seeks to be a positive presence in the lives of those who are struggling with addiction. This vital role involves coordinating comprehensive care plans, managing behavioral health interventions, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for individuals undergoing treatment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, crisis intervention expertise, and experience in social work or behavioral health to facilitate effective recovery processes. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.</li>
<li>Observe and supervise clients and unit; conducts 30-minute client well-being checks.</li>
<li>Conduct telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties.</li>
<li>Search client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.</li>
<li>Complete all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures. </li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualification
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li>
<li>Experience working with substance use population is preferred.</li>
<li>Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing preferred.</li>
