Key Responsibilities

<li>Stay current on industry best practices and recommend innovative approaches (like gamification).</li>

Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3–4 years of experience in training, instructional design, or organizational development.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Facilitator (in a manufacturing environment preferred).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and virtual training tools.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage the full training lifecycle—from needs assessment to evaluation.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other content creation tools.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Training, or a related field preferred.</li>

Job SummaryWe are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to work as a service writer, handle customer relations, and assist with parts procurement. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing professional who has strong customer service skills and willing to learn the basics of auto service. The Service Advisor will maintain a high level of customer engagement with the ability to convert service inquiries into sale.
