Minimum Requirements
<ul>
<li>Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role, including those of Team Members.</li>
<li>1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role</li>
<li>Experience in fast-paced environments - restaurant, retail, or hospitality</li>
<li>Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards</li>
<li>Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location</li>
<li>Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week</li>
<li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li>
