Dennis Group’s Process Engineers are key in our projects of designing and building food and beverage processing facilities. Process Engineers work in every aspect of a project - controls, packaging, mechanical, electrical, building system, architecture, etc., from the conceptual stages to design completion, and throughout construction. They provide expertise in flow diagrams, alterations, constraints, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&amp;ID), layout, install, and commissioning and start-up. Process engineers enable operational efficiencies for the food and beverage process plants of our clients. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Responsibilities

<li>Overseeing process and utility equipment installations </li>

Required Education Skills and Experience

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of GMP project engineering experience</li>
<li>Mechanical engineering background with superintendent-style hands-on oversight</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and P&amp;ID diagrams</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li>
<li>Excellent cross-functional communication abilities</li>
<li>Experience working with subcontractors and trades</li>
<li>Experience working in ISO-classified environments (up to ISO Class 5)</li>
<li>Experience with temperature mapping for controlled temperature environments (CTE) and freezer rooms</li>
<li>Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Canton, MA</li>
<li>Willingness to work Friday evenings and Saturday daytime shifts as required</li>

Job Summary:
The Processing Machine Operator will be responsible for efficiently operating and monitoring machines that cut, fill, and seal cooked products. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth and precise functioning of the production process, meeting quality standards and production targets while maintaining a sanitary environment.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Operate and oversee machines involved in the cutting, filling, and sealing of cooked products.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.</li>
<li>Monitor production output to ensure compliance with established quality standards and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product integrity.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets while maintaining a high level of efficiency.</li>
<li>Maintain a sanitary work environment by following proper cleaning procedures, including regular sanitation of equipment and work areas.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a secure working environment for yourself and team members.</li>
<li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to CGMP guidelines.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School degree or equivalent.</li>
<li>Experience working in a production environment, ideally with food or involving mechanical equipment is preferred.</li>
</ul>
