Qualifications

<li>5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a luxury service environment (medical spa, aesthetics, boutique hospitality, high-end retail, or healthcare preferred) </li>
<li>Strong understanding of elevated customer service and relationship-based sales </li>
<li>Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills </li>
<li>Polished appearance and professional demeanor </li>
<li>Proficiency in scheduling software, EMR systems, and office technology </li>

Preferred Experience

<li>Experience in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic dermatology, or medical spa operations </li>
<li>Knowledge of injectables, laser treatments, skincare, and wellness services </li>

Physical &amp; Schedule Requirements
