This hybrid catering position actively participates in both front of house and back of house roles supporting all planning, production, and execution as an essential and productive liaison within the team. Core Responsibilities:

Physical Demands and Working Conditions: 
Must be able to stand for up to 4 - 6 hours continuously, as well as frequent bending and overhead reaching with twisting motions. Must be able to lift 20 - 40 pounds numerous times during the day and up to 50 pounds several times each day. Must be able to push and pull up to 150 pounds frequently. Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation is required. Standing for long periods of time. 
Will require a flexible schedule, typically Tuesday through Saturday based on operational needs. Overtime and longer work days of 10 – 12 hours may be required.
