As a Venue Technician, you play a key role in supporting the day-to-day technical operations of the venue. General Purpose:
\n
Perform a variety of maintenance duties with specialization in the area of general maintenance and basic maintenance of facility and grounds.
\n\n
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
\n

<li>Maintain business property and outside grounds – clean front of shop and overhead doors (pad as needed), clean along fencing and remove all debris, perform weed control in summer and snow removal in winter, maintain parking lot as needed, provide rodent and pest control, and perform other miscellaneous duties</li>

<li>Ensure all repairs are documented</li>
\n
<li>Complete work orders as assigned (general repairs, etc.)</li>
\n</ul>

<li>Dedicate effort to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same condition as they arrive</li>
