Stay up to date with the latest advancements in mechatronics, robotics, and automation technologies.&nbsp;

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.&nbsp;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design standards and engineering processes.&nbsp;

What you’ll need
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of mechatronic systems, preferably in a robotics or automation environment.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, including kinematics, dynamics, materials science, and manufacturing processes.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Solid knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including circuit design, power distribution, and control systems.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Experience with sensors, actuators, motors, and encoders.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time control.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Experience with programming languages relevant to mechatronics (e.g., C++, Python).&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>

<li>
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.   &nbsp;

</ul>

Experience with industrial safety standards and regulations is a plus.   &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>

<li>
Experience with robotic operating systems (ROS) is a plus.&nbsp;

Up to 50% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.&nbsp;&nbsp;
