 Responsibilities:

<li>Experimental Design &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Design and perform experiments using bulk RNA-seq, single-cell/single-nucleus RNA-seq (sc/snRNA-seq), NGS and spatial assays (GeoMx, Visium, Xenium, Phenocycler-Fusion) on human and non-human biological samples.</li>
<li>Optimize and troubleshoot protocols for molecular and spatial assays.</li>

<li>Data Analysis &amp; Interpretation

<li>Collaborate with bioinformatics teams to analyze high-dimensional omics data.</li>
<li>Interpret results to guide therapeutic target identification and validation.</li>

 Qualifications: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Genomics, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in academia or industry, with demonstrated expertise in transcriptomics and spatial biology. Required qualifications:
