The Supportive Housing Case Manager works as part of an intensive case management team serving tenants who may be experiencing untreated mental illness, active drug and alcohol addiction, and other major health challenges. The Case Manager uses a Harm Reduction, Trauma Informed approach to working with participants, including the utilization of Stages of Change Theory and Motivational Interviewing techniques. The Case Manager is responsible for a specific caseload of tenants, and also for collaborating with other Supportive Housing staff on program-wide efforts to stabilize and promote the individual growth of all Supportive Housing tenants. Additional case management responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting tenants with all required program documentation; assisting tenants with obtaining benefits, health care, educational opportunities, employment opportunities, and legal aid; supporting the development of tenants’ activities of daily living skills and creating individual service plans with tenants and maintaining all necessary documentation.

Requirements:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, public administration, or a related field; or 5+ years’ experience in federal and research grants management.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in federal grants and contracts administration (HRSA, SAMHSA), preferably with federally funded research (NIH, CDC).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of OMB Uniform Guidance and federal grant compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in both pre-award (proposal preparation, budgeting) and post-award (financial monitoring, reporting, closeout) functions.</li>

MassTex Imaging, LLC is a mobile dysphagia consultation practice that services MA, RI, CT, NH and ME. Each patient evaluation consists of a physician consultation, along with a Modified Barium Swallow and esophageal assessment to the stomach. We work in a 3 person team: physician, Speech Pathologist and Driver/Technician. A paid training program for fluoroscopy and dysphagia consultations is provided. We cover malpractice including tail.
